Farm Bill
The farm bill is a vital piece of legislation to farmers, ranchers, rural communities, low-income Americans and all our nation’s children. NFU is leading the charge to ensure Congress responds to the needs of rural America as it reauthorizes this legislation.
NFU held listening sessions across the country to give producers an opportunity to speak out and share their concerns. The provisions NFU supports in a new farm bill are a direct result of these listening sessions. Read more.
NFU encourages Congress to adopt farm programs that return profitability and economic opportunity to production agriculture and rural communities.
