Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance |
- There is no extra charge for this insurance coverage. No physical examination is necessary.
One member, his or her spouse and all eligible children are covered by each payment of dues. (selected states)
- Each eligible child of a dues-paying member is insured for $500. A child, for purposes of the benefits, means only an unmarried child of yours who is at least 6 months of age but under 19 years of age who resides with you and is dependent on you for a majority of his or her support or maintenance. “Child” includes any natural child, step-child and legally adopted child. (selected states).
